DIRECTOR'S NOTES:
Gabriele Fabbro was born in Milan in 1996. He earned his BFA in Filmmaking from New York Film Academy’s Los Angeles campus. His short film, 8 screened at the Venice Film Festival.

Regarding her films, Fabbro said: "I care a lot about the idea of preserving and introducing to the world the local Italian traditions, especially because these traditions risk being suffocated by the speed of the contemporary world. Trifole rappresents the culmination of this desire. I wanted to tell a story, humble but universal, utilizing traditional filmmaking techniques and a nostalgic eye to underscore how profoundly necessary it is to respect and conserve nature and traditions".
